The license issued to ABAM LLC by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation gives our company the right to carry out design works concerning the buildings-monuments of historical and cultural heritage.

• development of design documentation for the conservation, restoration and reconstruction of cultural heritage sites (monuments of history and culture) of the peoples of the Russian Federation
• development of design documentation for the repair and adaptation of cultural heritage sites.

"ABAM" LLC can perform full functions of the General Designer.

Our company performs a preliminary calculation of design and survey works, as well as local, object and summary estimates for design and construction works in accordance with applicable law. When performing work for government customers we obtain the approval of estimates by State expert review as part of procurement under Law No. 44-FZ and 223-FZ.

After the development of the project, it is necessary to monitor the correct implementation of design solutions in the course of construction and installation works. To do this, we provide architectural supervision services:

• regular visits of specialists to the facility in order to monitor compliance with design 
• effective communication with the Customer and the General Contractor
• prompt issuance of comments on the construction of the facility
• if necessary, making adjustments to the working design documentation.
