Redevelopment Concept of Likhobory Depot

Likhobory Railway Depot is a land plot that is currently used by Russian Railways for the needs of the company. There are historical buildings of cultural heritage and railway trains of different eras located on the territory that need to be preserved. Our company has developed a full redevelopment project: general site planning, architecture and functional purpose of buildings, financial indicators for investment in the project, 3D visualization. The WAY quarter is a complex of stylish buildings that meets the basic needs of metropolis citizens. There are housing blocks, apartments, a park, a business and a shopping center and, of course, a thematic exhibition complex. The presented concept was developed on our own initiative for the bureau's portfolio, and is the intellectual property of ABAM.
