Concept design of a premium residence GreenWood

Development of design and investment proposal for a complex of premium residences "Neoteric Home". As part of the project, two house design options were completed - GreenWood and Mountain Rivers. The author's concept combines modern trends in environmental friendliness and living surrounded by real nature. Features of GreenWood design and architecture are: twilight, a mountain river with relief differences inside the house, rock decoration, a health trail and a lounge area in the form of a gorge.
